Glad you made it out alive out of TV TROPES, I spend most of my time on the internet over there, just wiki-walking. They know a lot of stuff, there are pages for everyone even Yoko and Pete Best, tropes are also named out of them. Silly Love Songs, etc... TV TROPES is not egregious.
