Paul did look like a boy wearing a fake moustache, but George looked pretty beautiful until he started middle parting his hair, and John looked pretty sickly when he had it, and I think I like it most on Ringo. They could all pull it off, though, really.
Even though it's not my thing, Sgt. Pepper probably was collectively their best look for facial hair.
