The United Artist A Hard Days Night LP had George Martin orchestral scores of some of the tracks eg This Boy (Ringo's Theme) (maybe its the other way round). Capitol's Help! had Ken Thorne's incidental music.
I suppose the US albums have value as in they are the lp's that helped break the US and maintain the love affair it's had with the Beatles, and many folks grew up listening and adoring them, but aside for the alternate mixes some of the albums contain they are pretty irrelevant outside of America.
