I've seen RAINN, who were pretty decent for my first tribute band. They dressed up like Sgt. Pepper's cover for a few songs after a break, which was cool. Their sound was probably just average for a tribute band, but there were just 4 of them and they looked fairly much like the Beatles (with wigs and makeup I'm sure).
