It sounds like Dan Aykroyd who was in the film of the same name - I wouldn't advise watching the film as its a 102 minute laugh-free comedy.
As for why i post these video's, well how would you be able to appreciate the great music Paul has put out fully if you don't hear the bad? Its for your own good.
I'm always just thinking of what's best for you all here when i put up these abominations.
