@Matt Busby. To cross post (maybe there is an easier way, this is what i do)

1. Click on the grey link (located between the # of the post and the printer) and select "copy link address" from the drop down menu.
2. Highlight the text you want as the link setter in your reply/post.
3. Click on "insert/edit link" from the tool bar in the post box and paste it in.
4. Click ok.
