I've become somewhat obsessed by AM by Arctic Monkeys recently. Most of the album is fairly rifftastic rock, but this is like a cross between Lady Stardust and The Beatles:
Though I know the Beatles have always been one of their inspirations, I don't really hear it in this song.
Love that song btw. Great band too, they kick ass live. Not too keen on Alex' new image though. The hip swinging thing doesn't seem to suit him and that quiff is a joke.
