As described in the wogblog article (link posted above) its one track from a stereo recording, John's side being whats missing. Its actually pretty cool getting to hear a largely instrumental 'You Can't Do That', Paul and George only singing 'She Loves You' and 'I Wanna Be Your Man' Ringo-less, and as you say Billy it brings out bits and pieces you otherwise might not have heard like Paul's gibberish at the beginning of 'She Loves You' or meow at the end of 'I Saw Her Standing There'
