Paul & Linda are goals for me. I don't really have a "least favorite," but seeing George and Pattie or John and Cynthia kinda makes me sad, knowing how their relationships ended.

Paul and Linda seemed like two peas in a pod, and that relationship seemed beyond calculation -- a blessing, an enduring fluke, an endearing coincidence.

Indeed. I watched a clip on YT where Paul speaks about Linda’s death, and how they thought they’d be together into their 80s and beyond. They were a true pairing. It really makes me wonder how things would ...

I don't like musicals but I don't think 'Love' is and if ever it had been possible I would have gone. It would have been good if there could be soon way it toured or set up residence in various different countries but apparently that's not possible.

Another weakness of that vegetarian episode: too many jokes that are simply lazy literal depictions of verbal idioms; I count at least three:

1) Lisa: "So I don't like meat - they don't have to rub it in my face!" A hamburger patty then flies through her window and lands directly on her face.

2) Burns promises to make a donation to an orphanage "...when pigs fly!" Cue appearance of Homer's hydraulically-propelled pig soaring through the air; Burns immediately reneges.

3) Lisa reacting to pro-meat propaganda in class: "They can't seriously expect us to swallow that tripe!", followed ...

My favourite Beatle wives, based on absolutely nothing but vibes:

1. Linda

2. Olivia

3. Pattie

4. Cynthia

5. Nancy

6. Maureen

7. Yoko

8. Barbara

9. Heather

Linda and Paul seemed absolutely perfect for each other, and George chose two amazing women.

Cool! Linda is awesome! But don't you think Mo is too? She gave Ringo his three children and true LOVE for over a decade! (Also never counted Heather, but like why the hell did Paul Marry her?? Same with Ringo and Barbara Bach"

To be honest, I probably just don't know as much about Mo or Barbara.

I love Linda for ...

Did you know, when the Beatles were recording 'The White Album
' John Lennon
started having a physical relationship with Yoko Ono?

He sent Cynthia (his wife) to Greece, and when she came home Yoko was in Cynthia's robe drinking tea with John? Imagine
, you walk in on this horrific sight and find your husband, your love, the father of your beloved child. Man, I'd kick his ass Yoko's too, Cynthia just ignored it.

(Don't mind my launguage ass just means bottom)

Huh, that could be a Blue Meanie!

Lars Mikkelsen plays Grand Admiral Thrawn in Ahsoka. Robert Patrick is in Terminator 2. I see they have similar facial features.

Now that I've had time to take a look, we don't have a thread exactly like this. I see that 3 of the songs in post 1 are solo songs so I'll move this thread to the Yesterday
and Today section of the Forum and edit the topic by adding (One that they wrote) so that people will be clear what the thread is about.

We prefer bringing back older threads when possible so we can continue the conversation. It's great to compare thoughts of the current Forumpudlians with those who have been around for a long time (and ...

I like that she saved Paul after the disaster that was Heather. I'm so glad she is making him happy now (Happy with You). Paul's kids love her too which is a huge bonus.

As far as the person herself, she has had a great career. She has held her own in what ...

'AYNIS' was permitted to be heard in the final episode of 'The Prisoner', Fall Out' (4:58 in).

The very little I have seen from the above along with all that I have heard of the show does not encourage me to want to watch it.

"All You Need Is Shove"? a-hard-days-night-john-6

(I've never been interested in checking out "The Prisoner" myself, either, even though it's one of the most legendarily acclaimed series ever. Doesn't sound like my sort of thing; I prefer straightforward narratives to ambiguity. )

Please use the word "cringe" correctly as it's meant to be used, blue-meanie
