I was wondering who the balding guy was before realising it was James. Not to be mean, but Paul is 35 years older and has more hair! Poor James. I'll check out some of his music though, I'm quite curious
mja: If you mean The Cavern Beatles that play there, yes, they are still around. Whether they're the same as when you saw them though, I don't know.
You know that your family knows you're a hardcore Beatles fan when they try to smuggle you into the over 18's club on the cruise we went on just because they were having a 'Beatles night'. And when the bodyguard said ''no, 'cause I don't think she looks over 18 years old'', my nan and mom began arguing with him (which they never do), saying that I wasn't that far away from 18, and I'm a MASSIVE Beatles fan. He still wouldn't let me in
^^ I imagine Paul got some surgical assistance with that mane.
Anyway, I just bought my ticket to see James and I'm looking forward to it.

Hmmyeah, didn't even think of that but could be. Or he just has great hair. My grandma is 84 and her hair is still very thick.
Anyway, James COULD look a lot better than he does.
But hey, who am I to judge someone's looks. If he's happy it's alright.

Speaking of sleeves... you know you're a hardcore Beatles fan when.. you are going in next weekend to get another Beatles tattoo. It will complete my sleeve... for now. There will still be some space left on my forearm but I don't know what to put in the gaps so I probably won't fill that with anything for a long time. Later in the year I will probably also get some Blackbirds coming out of my "tree of life" spilling onto my collar-bone region.. and maybe some lyrics above the tree.. maybe ...
AAAH MY EYES.
Awesome, but can't see sh*t.
Letter from John to Paul and Linda, dated 1971, is set to sell for £40.000.

Hi guys,
I posted this in the 'All Together Now' section earlier but it might be more relevant here.
I would just like to let you know about some really great Beatles events coming up in the next week in the U.K.
To start of Hastings Beatles Weekend The Starrlite Beatles will be recreating a rooftop concert, it will be taking place on Saturday 6th April at 13:00 so if you can make it please come along.
The next day on Sunday 7th an all day event (Hastings Beatles Day) will be taking place. This will ...
I was on a website and there was an ad for a funny T-shirt website. I clicked on it and looked at the shirts. One of them had two people on a trampoline. One person was up in the air and the other was on the trampoline like they had just landed. The T-shirt said "I get high with a little help from my friends."
Gerell said, "I just noticed that the title of Beatle songs often end up as headlines… there was also this smartphone case labelled: "Britpop". And good thing it had a silhouette of the Abbey Road silhouette, and not some other band."
Check out the "Beatle songs and lyrics in the media" thread in this ("Yesterday... and Today") section - I think that's what you're referring to, no?
More sad news:
Hugh McCracken, who played the guitar solo on “Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey” on Paul McCartney's “Ram,” and also played McCartney's “Red Rose Speedway,” John Lennon's “Double Fantasy” and many other albums, died Thursday, reports Noise11.com. McCracken had been battling leukemia.

1. JOHN LENNON
2. PAUL McCARTNEY
3. GEORGE HARRISON AND RINGO STARR (SAME LEVEL OF SEXINESS)
All the beatles were really good looking. I think John was only good looking before he decided to join the hippie movement. After he joined he didn't look as good anymore.

This thread needs some more Ringo pictures. He may not be the best looking beatle, but he was still good looking.
I agree.
