I was listening to Paul McCartney's song "Simple as That" and looked up its history. It was written for an anti-heroin campaign. There are mentions of it here and here on the forum. The information I see is that it was in 1986 instead of 1983.
Just a snippet of "Simple as That" even though it doesn't mention the Beatles.
I know it isn't easy to refuse
A lot of butterflies in your head
Tell me this before you have to choose
Would you rather be alive or deadIt's as simple as that
